Dimitri Casadei was born on June 14, 1996, in the German speaking part of Switzerland. Growing up in a rural village in the north of the country, Dimitri always enjoyed the beautiful nature around him.
He completed his education in “insurance and risk management” and worked as an “VBV”-certified insurance agent in Switzerland’s financial sector for five years. In 2020, he visited Costa Rica for the first time and was instantly captivated by the country’s beauty, culture, and way of life.

In 2021, he made the decision to permanently relocate to Costa Rica, after traveling through the country for one full year.

While traveling and learning about the local culture and language, he started to use his former photography experience to work as an independent real estate photographer.

In 2022 Dimitri had the privilege of becoming a part of the dynamic real estate industry in Costa Rica. He entered Coldwell Banker Pacific Realty as an executive assistant at Matt Rosensteele’s and Larry Graziano’s brokerage, where he quickly proved to be a valuable member of the team.
His core tasks include general organization, coordination of real estate tours, digital marketing and data research.
He is proud to be Matt Rosensteele’s right-hand man, where he has continued to demonstrate his commitment and dedication to his work.

Dimitri loves the Costa Rican lifestyle and feels fortunate to be part of the local community in Playa Junquillal. He enjoys the warm welcome and appreciation he has received from the locals and values the relationships he has built.
In his free time, Dimitri can be found fishing or exploring the breathtaking landscapes of Costa Rica.
With his work ethic, commitment, and passion for the industry, Dimitri is a valuable member of the Coldwell Banker Pacific Realty family and seeks to get a deeper understanding of the local real estate industry in Costa Rica.
