Avellanas is long heralded as the pride of the county. It has a long white sandy beach that stretches for almost a mile. Hacienda Pinilla is at the north end and world famous Lola’s at the southern end. The beach is known well to shell collectors and surfers alike. In fact, the waves here are very good and are apt for all ages and abilities as well as shortboarders and longboarders.

Recently Avellanas has seen quite a surge in development. There are a number of small condo projects as well as rebranded hotels among others. Things are moving there.

I can attest that the water expansion project is in full swing and that the meter will be installed. All other utilities are present…fiber optic internet up to 200mb, electricity, and phone if you wanted it. There is a perfect cell signal here as well.

The lot has a mixed use designation whether commercial, residential or both. 70% of the lot can be built without restriction to the amount of individual structures. You can do just about anything on this lot outside of large scale manufacturing. One of the things we like best about the lot is that there is an access to the rear and one on the front at the main road into town.
