Like for many of you, little by little his vacations to Costa Rica became longer and more frequent. After falling head over heels for an Argentine girl in the town he frequented he made the leap to move to Costa Rica. Through building and ownership of various small to small/medium companies in the United States, Larry was and is an expert in business management, which led him to sales and management of a local store in Tamarindo for a number of years. He was a serial investor in Costa Rica from the beginning by buying and selling properties then began working in a real estate office in Tamarindo. He stayed there for three years while building an independent brand. Larry has been with Coldwell Banker for almost seven years now. He researches the available properties and has weeded out the good from the bad. He is not a “hard seller”. In fact, he prefers to let the buyers sell themselves. His honor and passion have helped many make their future Costa Rican dreams a reality. It gives him great pleasure to turn clients into neighbors.
